Quick and easy plum cake with chocolate chips
Plumcake with chocolate drops , today a really simple dessert to make, with easily available ingredients. Perfect for everyday breakfast or for a snack, it can become the basis to give vent to your imagination you can also make it with salty ingredients or with fruit for now I present the classic one with the addition of a few drops of chocolate, just to make no mistake !

- 1 jar of plain yogurt
- 3 jars of 00 flour
- 1/2 jar of peanut oil
- 2 jars of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanillin
nb. for jar I mean the plastic jar that contains the yogurt, in this case it also becomes the unit of measurement.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes. And your Plumcake with chocolate chips is ready ... If stored in a dry place (and not in the fridge!), covered with aluminum foil, it keeps its softness unaltered for 4-5 days.ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST!!!
