Quick and easy Bolognese Tagliatelle and very good
Tagliatelle Bolognese one of the most famous dishes of Italian cuisine, simple, fast and delicious !!! Abroad I never understood why they use spaghetti (probably because they don't have the variety of pasta we have) but spaghetti has nothing to do with Bolognese! Only tagliatelle or tortiglioni at most !!
Ingredients for 4 people
- 350 gr. of minced meat
- carrot, celery, onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bottle of tomato puree
- Red wine
Preparation: 5 minutes Cooking: 40 minutes Execution: easy
How to prepare Bolognese tagliatelle
Put the oil in a saucepan (it must cover the entire bottom abundantly), and the coarsely chopped celery, carrot and onion, fry for a few minutes (without letting it burn !!!!)
then pour in the minced meat too,
turn and cook for 5 minutes, turning often, add a knob of butter and cook for another couple of minutes, at this point add half a glass of red wine, let it evaporate and finally add the tomato puree.
Add the salt and cook over medium / low heat for 40 minutes without a lid. When the sauce is reduced then cook the tagliatelle in abundant salted water, serve and put a few spoonfuls of sauce on the tagliatelle. Serve ... and GOOD APPETITE!
