Quick and easy apple and macaroon cake
Amaretto and apple cake it is a classic that is not more classic, with the addition of amaretti a classic that goes very well with apples, it is a really simple and quick dessert to make!
Ingredients for a 20 cm cake pan
- 150 gr of butter
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
- 3 eggs
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 grams of macaroons
- 3 rennet apples
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 3 tablespoons of fruity liqueur
How to make apple and macaroon cake
Form a fountain with the flour, salt and grated lemon zest,
work the eggs, sugar and yeast in the center. Gradually add the butter until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the crumbled amaretti
Peel the apples, cut them into slices and put them on a plate and add a few tablespoons of fruity liqueur to the apples. Pour part of the dough into the previously greased and floured pan, add the apples.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and cover with aluminum foil to avoid burning the surface. Let your apple and macaroon cake cool and… GOOD APPETITE !!!
