Ingredients for 2 people
- 350 gr. made with flour
- 1 glass of warm water
- 1 sachet of dehydrated yeast Pane degli angeli (for pizzas)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 sausages
- 2 bunches of broccoli (or Sicilian broccoli)
- 150 gr. of mozzarella
- extra virgin olive oil

How to make a pizza roll with sausage and broccoli (or broccoli)
Proceed with the preparation of the pizza dough, after 3 hours the dough is ready, in the meantime prepare the broccoli, remove the stem and set aside only the leaves, wash them in plenty of fresh water, drain and put the leaves in a pan non-stick with a little oil and a clove of garlic,
cover the pan and cook for about ten minutes, halfway through cooking add salt and remove the garlic. In another pan, cook the sausages with a little oil and a little water,
turn often to prevent them from burning, after about ten minutes the sausages will also be ready. At this point, after the 3 hours of leavening of the dough, flour the table where you will roll out the piece of leavened dough, knead with your fingertips and roll out gradually so as to obtain a not too thick rectangle, put the dough on a sheet of paper from the oven
and add the various ingredients: the broccoli (or broccoli), then the sausages (I cut them into strips), and finally the mozzarella, a drizzle of oil.
Wrap the pizza roll with the help of parchment paper, be careful to position the closing flaps at the base (so that it does not open during cooking) close the two ends of the roll well, then place it on a baking sheet or in a non-stick baking dish grease the surface with a little oil
and bake for 20-30 minutes at 220 ° in a preheated oven (at least 15 minutes before). When it becomes golden then your roll of pizza with sausage and broccoli will be ready ... cover it for 5 minutes with a cloth (to make it soften) when it is warm serve on the table and ...ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!
