INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
- 180 gr of gnocchi
- 250 gr of soft gormaggio (sweet gorgonzola, taleggio but also the Belpaese are fine)
- 5 walnuts
- 3 slices of speck
How to prepare walnut and speck cheese gnocchi
In a saucepan, put the cheese cut into cubes a piece of butter, a little milk and slowly melt, creating a fondue;
add a few slices of speck cut into strips. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. In the meantime, boil the salted water and cook the gnocchi until they rise to the surface, drain and pour them into the pan with the cheese, whisk for a few minutes, serve and sprinkle the coarsely crumbled walnuts on the gnocchi .... GOOD APPETITE !!!
