Ingredients for 1 cake pan of 25 cm
- 200 gr of salmon
- 300 gr of spinach
- 80 gr of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 dl of fresh cream
- 250 ml of milk
- 20 gr of butter
- salt and pepper
How to make a salty pie with spinach and salmon
Wash the spinach leaves and chop them coarsely.
Sauté the spinach in a large pan with the butter for 5 minutes over medium heat. Salt and pepper.
Add the cream to the spinach and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Let it cool down. In a bowl, beat the egg and yolk, add the milk, grated Parmesan and spinach, mix and set aside.
Roll out the pastry on the baking tray, leaving the parchment paper present in the package. Prick the pastry with the tines of a fork. Put the smoked salmon on the bottom
Then pour in the spinach mixture and level the surface. Add a few more pieces of salmon
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Check the cooking, if the surface quickly becomes dark then place a sheet of aluminum foil on top. And your salty pie with spinach and salmon is ready. Have a good appetite!
