Potato and cheese pie: who doesn't like potatoes? Everyone agrees, today I propose a single dish for a delicious dinner but above all quick to prepare. With a salad as a side dish, dinner is ready! Cut the potatoes thin, add whatever you prefer, cheese, vegetables or ham. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes and that's it, try it!

Ingredients for a 22 cm diameter cake pan
- 3-4 large potatoes
- 300 grams of smoked cheese
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- bread crumbs
- salt, pepper and dried rosemary
Quick preparation potato and cheese pie
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices (preferably with the mandolin), while you cut them immerse them in cold water.
Then bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and immerse the slices for 1-2 minutes, drain with a skimmer being careful not to break the potatoes and place them on a cloth to dry them a little.
Grease a 20-22 cm cake pan with a zipper closure and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and arrange the slices on the bottom of the pan
Compose the various layers, adding the smoked cheese, a drizzle of oil, a little breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and a slice of cooked ham,
then the potatoes again, repeating the operation for at least 3 layers. The last layer will be potatoes, dried (or fresh) rosemary, a drizzle of oil, pepper and grated Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. If it should darken on the surface before the time indicated then place a sheet of aluminum foil on the cake and finish cooking.
Remove from the oven and let it cool before opening the pan. Serve and enjoy your meal!
