How to make a Baileys Tiramisu without eggs
Prepare the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
Put the cold mascarpone cream in a bowl, whip at medium speed with a whisk. Take the 4 glasses or cups and cut some discs of the same size (just press the glass on the sponge cake).
Pour the cup of Baileys into the coffee and place the coffee with the Baileys thus obtained on a plate.
Soak the sponge cake (or the ladyfingers) in the coffee, quickly and only on 1 side, always put the dry side on the bottom in all layers. Add 1 generous spoon of mascarpone cream,
then another layer of sponge cake or ladyfingers, a little more cream and again a disc of sponge cake soaked in Baileys coffee and finally a last spoonful of mascarpone cream. Level the surface (you can also use a pastry bag to create decorations) and garnish with bitter cocoa powder or dark chocolate curls (obtained with a potato peeler). Cover the glasses with cling film and let them cool in the fridge before serving for at least an hour, or half an hour in the freezer. Serve leaving the Tiramisu in the glasses.
