Recipe Baked pasta with bechamel and ham quick and easy
Baked pasta with bechamel and ham : a quick and easy dish to prepare that everyone likes, it is the alternative to pasta la forno with sauce.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 160 gr. of pasta
- 100 gr. of cooked ham
- 150 gr. of provolone or mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan
- 700 ml of milk
- 100 gr. of butter
- 100 gr. made with flour
- salt and nutmeg
How to make Baked Pasta with bechamel and ham
Prepare the bechamel by adding the butter to a saucepan, cook over low heat, when the butter is melted add the flour and stirring with a spoon add the milk a little at a time (it is preferable that it is already warm), and finally a pinch salt, always continuing to stir with the spoon over low heat, wait for it to thicken. Turn off and add some nutmeg if you like. In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain it one minute before the cooking time indicated on the package, drain it and put it back in the cooking pot adding a few pieces of provolone, the cooked ham and a few tablespoons of bechamel.
