Pizza with potatoes quick and easy recipe

Ingredients for 4 pizzas
Pizza dough or ready-made dough
- 1 or 2 potatoes
- 100 gr. of mozzarella
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
How to make pizza with potatoes
Grease the pan with a drizzle of oil, arrange the necessary dough on the pan, brush the dough with a drizzle of oil to prevent the crust from forming and let it rise for another half hour.
in the meantime, cut the potatoes into slices and cook them for a few minutes in boiling salted water, drain and set aside.
spread the dough on the pan add oil over the entire surface create hollows with your fingertips as for focaccia, add salt, mozzarella (or provola), potatoes, rosemary completing with a little more salt and pepper in surface and a drizzle of oil. bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the dough is cooked and golden, serve the pizza hot. And your pizza (or better pizzetta) with potatoes is ready. Enjoy your meal!
