Grilled pumpkin Quick and easy recipe
Grilled pumpkin or roasted: a very simple side dish that will surely please everyone, the pumpkin with its sweet flavor is well suited to various recipes, from side dishes to first courses, to desserts, in this version it is a perfect side dish and not excessively caloric (if you don't exaggerate with the oil!). How to make grilled or roasted pumpkin
Clean the pumpkin, removing the seeds and filaments, cut into slices not too thin and wash them under running water, dry them with absorbent paper.
Heat the grill well for at least 4-5 minutes and place the pumpkin slices on top, cook on both sides for about 4 minutes
