Egg-free rolled tiramisù with nutella heart quick simple recipe
Rolled tiramisu without eggs: tiramisù is the Italian dessert par excellence loved by everyone, in Italy and abroad. This rolled tiramisù is a very simple yet brilliant idea to find already portioned slices of dessert; moreover, I don't like raw eggs in tiramisù and when I don't prepare it with pasteurized eggs I avoid adding them by simply adding a little coffee with mascarpone and cream as in this case. The result is even better in my opinion and everyone can eat it, even pregnant women and children without risking salmonellosis. Inside there is a sweet surprise, 2 tablespoons of hazelnut cream that make this dessert even better! Try it!
Ingredients for 2 tiramisù (8 people)
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 100 gr of fresh cream
- 100 grams of vanilla icing sugar
- 32 ladyfingers
- 4 cups of coffee
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- hazelnut cream 2 tbsp
How to make rolled Tiramisù without eggs
PLEASE NOTE: the doses are to create 2 logs. If you do not have space in the freezer to accommodate the ladyfingers to cool, you can also create a single log and to use the remaining cream you can also proceed with the assembly of a classic-shaped tiramisù, or using 2 cognac glasses you can make the tiramisù in the glass.
Place the transparent film on the work surface. Prepare some coffee (2-3 cups will suffice) pour the coffee into a bowl and add the milk.
Quickly dip the ladyfingers on both sides in the latte and arrange them next to each other in two rows of 8 ladyfingers each, put another sheet of cling film on top, close on all flaps and refrigerate on a flat surface (a tray or a rigid breakfast placemat) and put in the freezer for half an hour
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Put the mascarpone with the sugar in a bowl and mix well, then add less than half a cup of bitter coffee, continuing to mix with a spoon or a spatula. In another container, whip the cream and then pour it into the mascarpone, stirring gently from the bottom to top so as not to disassemble the cream.
Remove the ladyfingers from the freezer, if they are too hard, wait a few minutes, they must be soft to the point of being able to roll them up. Spread the mascarpone cream on the ladyfingers, leveling it well, add one or two tablespoons of hazelnut cream in the center
and roll up on itself with the help of the transparent film create a log, tighten well in order to compact it.
Remove  the cling film and arrange on a tray, if necessary, between one row and the other of ladyfingers, add a little mascarpone cream remaining and level (I had some spray cream and I created a strip of cream). Sprinkle with cocoa powder. And your rolled Tiramisù without eggs is ready.
