- butter 80 gr
- granulated sugar 1 tbsp

How to prepare the Nutella Plumcake
cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature, add the sugar and whisk with a blender until it becomes a swollen cream
add the sifted flour with baking powder and eggs, one at a time
you will get a cream similar to mascarpone
whip the cream apart until stiff, add it to the butter mixture and the 2 tablespoons of Nutella
