Cod salad Quick and easy recipe
Cod salad or cod salad: here is a fresh and easy recipe to prepare perfect on hot summer days when you don't have too much desire to stay in the kitchen preparing elaborate dishes. In summer they serve fresh and complete dishes and this main course with salad is ideal. Try it!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 500 gr of cod
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- rocket salad
- 1 lemon
How to make cod salad
Cook the cod in boiling water for 10 minutes (if you use the already soaked one and 15 minutes if you use the frozen cod) drain the cod, remove the skin and the bones
