How to make Zucchini au gratin with Parmesan
Prepare all the ingredients on the work surface.
Wash the courgettes and cut the ends. Cut the courgettes into slices about 1 cm thick.
In a small bowl put the grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano and breadcrumbs, mix and pass the courgettes previously greased with a drizzle of oil. Bread the courgettes well making the breading adhere on both sides.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the breaded courgettes on top. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour. As soon as they begin to brown on the surface, place a sheet of aluminum foil on the courgettes to prevent them from becoming too dark, and complete the cooking.
Remove from the oven and serve Zucchini au gratin with Parmesan still hot. Enjoy your meal!
