Savory pie 7 jars Quick and easy recipe
Savory pie 7 jars : here is the savory version of the famous 7 jar cake. The jars used as the unit of measurement are those of yogurt (125 ml), in the salty version you can indulge yourself with the ingredients we prefer, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables. In this recipe I preferred a classic combination: cooked ham, bacon and cheese, perfect to serve at party buffets, or as an appetizer. Try it, your home will be flooded with an irresistible scent!
Ingredients for a 22 cm diameter cake pan (hinged)
- 2 jars of flour 00 (180 g)
- 1 jar of potato starch (90 g)
- white yogurt at room temperature (125 gr) (1 jar)
- 1 jar of grated Parmesan cheese
- sunflower oil (1 jar)
- 1 jar of milk at room temperature
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1 sachet of instant yeast for savory pies
- 100 gr of cooked ham in a single slice
- 100 gr of cheese (I Asiago)
- 70 gr of bacon
How to make a savory pie 7 jars
In a bowl pour the yogurt, wash and dry the yogurt jar and use it for the other ingredients, add the oil, milk and eggs to the bowl.
whisk for a few seconds with the whisk; add the parmesan, a pinch of salt and the flours with yeast
mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture,
at this point add the salami and cheese previously cut into cubes, mix with a spoon and pour into a springform pan previously lined with parchment paper (a disc of parchment paper on the bottom and 2 strips to cover the edges)
and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, if you see that it becomes too quickly dark on the surface, place a sheet of aluminum foil on the cake and continue cooking. At the end of cooking, do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry then the cake is ready. And here is your 7 jar Savory Pie.
