Pan-fried pizza Quick and easy recipe
Pan-fried pizza: A pizza prepared and cooked in a pan ready in 10 minutes, without rising. The recipe is on the web and it intrigued me a lot, so I decided to try it to see if it is really simple and quick to prepare as it seems and to find some tricks to make it better; after doing it I can confirm that it is really brilliant! Ingredients for a pan of 24 cm in diameter

How to make a pizza in a pan
Cut the smoked cheese into cubes and set aside. Take a pan that has a lid of the same size (this is essential for the success of the pizza, the steam must not escape during cooking) put a spoonful of oil on the bottom and distribute it with a brush or fingers over the entire surface of the pan, pour the flour,

hot water, 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, yeast for pies and mix everything, turn to mix the ingredients. The dough will be sticky, distribute it in the pan leveling it with a spoon.

Remove the excess dough on the edges of the pan using a paper towel, pour a few tablespoons of tomato puree (to which you have previously added a little salt) and a drizzle of oil over the dough,

cover the pan with its lid (preferably glass in order to check the cooking without opening) and cook over medium heat using the smallest flame for about 7-8 minutes,

then lift the lid and add the pieces of scamorza cheese to the pizza, cook by covering again for 2 minutes, just long enough to melt the scamorza, and here is yours. Pan-fried pizza easy and fast!
