Soft white mill-like plumcake : I love the Mulino Bianco Plumcake, so on the web I looked for some recipe that inspired me and I found one that seemed pretty tested, and I have to be honest it's really delicious !!

Ingredients for a 26 cm mold
(or for 2 small molds)
- 250 gr flour 00
- 200 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot of apricot yogurt
- 1 jar of plain yogurt
- 100 g peanut oil
- 50 gr butter
- 30 gr milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of yeast
How to make the white mulino-type soft plumcake
With the whisk, whip the 3 eggs and the sugar at maximum speed until you get a frothy cream
add the butter previously melted in the microwave and blend on low speed, then add the oil,
yoghurt, milk, salt and flour sifted together with yeast
pour the dough into a greased and floured plumcake mold, bake in a preheated static oven for 50 minutes at 180 °, test with a toothpick to check the cooking, if it cooks too quickly in the upper part then cover with foil of paper-aluminum
