- 3-4 medium courgettes, or 7-8 small courgettes

How to make savory crepes with zucchini
Prepare the batter for the Crepes following the procedure of my Nutella Crepes, keep the batter in the fridge for at least half an hour, in the meantime prepare the courgettes, wash them, cut them into slices not too thick and put them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, sauté the courgettes in salt and pepper pan, brown them then add 2-3 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid, cook for 7-8 minutes, then remove the lid and let the water dry. After cooking, keep aside.
prepare the savory crêpes: put a ladle of batter in a hot pan keeping the heat medium, for the first crepe lightly grease the bottom of the pan with butter, for the following it will not be necessary.

arrange the savory crêpes in an ovenproof dish, add the béchamel and a little grated Parmesan cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 7-8 minutes, until the surface is au gratin.
