Quick and easy Sangria recipe
Sangria, who doesn't like it? In Spain it is the most suitable drink to accompany “tapas”. Here it is often used in party buffets (for adults!) Or to sip on these warm summer evenings, and being of Spanish origin it immediately makes a holiday! Just a little bit of seasonal fruit, some red wine and sugar to be able to taste it at home too, try it!
Ingredients
- 1 liter of red table wine (fine wines are not needed)
- 2 fresh yellow peaches
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 2 lemons (or 1 lemon and 1 lime)
- 1 orange
- 1 glass of cognac
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (or sweetener)
- 7-8 strawberries (if prepared in the summer)
- a few slices of pineapple
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a generous pinch of cinnamon

How to make Sangria
Put the wine, cognac, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large glass bowl, mix with a spoon to dissolve the sugar well. Cut the oranges and lemon into slices, peel the peaches, cut them into small pieces, wash the strawberries and remove the stalk, cut the slices of pineapple into large pieces, pour all the fruit into the wine and leave to macerate for a couple of hours at temperature room and then for half a day in the fridge (covering with cling film).

Serve the Sangria very cold with ice cubes and a little seltz (very carbonated water) or carbonated.
And your delicious Sangria is ready!
