How to make pizza filled with ricotta and salami

roll the dough on itself, brush the surface with extra virgin olive oil (if you have time let it rise for 10 minutes in the heat, for example near the oven on) I in this case did not let it rise but it is much better with a little leavening because it creates a greater thickness and is softer.
