Hot heart chocolate cupcakes Quick and easy recipe
Chocolate cupcakes with heart hot I ate them at Laura's house (a very good friend in the kitchen) and obviously, recipe in hand, I tried to make them… delicious! Try it too… thanks again Laura and a kiss to the beautiful Arianna!
Ingredients for 6 tartlets
- 150 gr of dark chocolate
- 75 gr of butter
- 50 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of flour
- 3 eggs
- orange peel (or 1 sachet of vanillin)
- cinnamon (if you like)
- a pinch of salt
How to make hot heart chocolate cakes
Melt the chocolate with butter in a bain-marie over low heat,
once everything has melted, turn off the heat, turn the mixture and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, butter the aluminum cups and sprinkle them with cocoa powder.
In a separate container put the eggs and sugar, turn (either with a whisk, or with a hand whisk) then add the vanillin (or the grated orange zest), the sifted flour and a pinch of salt.
Turn avoiding the formation of lumps, pour the mixture into the chocolate, turn everything and pour into the aluminum cups, filling them up to just over halfway.
Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-11 minutes (as soon as the top has hardened) at 180 °. Let the patties cool for 1-2 minutes, remove the aluminum container and turn them upside down on a plate. Serve immediately, still hot. And your hot heart chocolate cakes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
