How to make Sausages with sauce in a pan
In a pan, put and tablespoons of oil and lay the sausages inside, brown them quickly on both sides for 1-2 minutes,
pour the tomato puree into the pan with half a glass of water, place a lid on the pan without closing completely, so as to release a little steam, let it cook for 15 minutes, then turn the sausages and complete the cooking also from the 'other side. Prick the sausages to check the cooking, if water comes out it means that they are not cooked yet.
When the sauce is reduced and the sausages inside are pink but not raw then the cooking will be completed, add dried oregano or basil. Serve and serve.
