How to make tuna meatloaf
Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins for about 40 minutes, peel and mash them with a potato shredder and let them cool.
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and chop it, put it in a bowl, add the potatoes, pecorino cheese, capers after washing and drying them, parsley and egg and a tablespoon of oil.
Turn everything with a fork (or with your hands) season with salt. If the dough is too wet, add a little breadcrumbs, the dough must be compact, place the meatloaf on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with breadcrumbs, sprinkle the top and side surfaces and wrap it giving it an elongated shape
place the tuna meatloaf in a plumcake mold using parchment paper (first, however, remove the excess breadcrumbs), pour a drizzle of oil on the surface
bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 30 minutes. When it is slightly golden, take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Remove from the mold and serve. Enjoy your meal!
