Wash and cut the courgettes into cubes, put a pan on the fire with 2 tablespoons of oil and a clove of garlic, once the garlic is browned, add the courgettes, sauté them for a few minutes and then add half a cup of water, cover and let the courgettes simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove the lid and let the water dry, then turn off the heat and set the courgettes aside.
