Hazelnut Plumcake Quick and Easy Recipe
Hazelnut plumcake : for breakfast, if I can, I try to prepare a dessert made by myself, often a plum cake, but I had a little chopped hazelnuts and I thought (well) to prepare a hazelnut dessert, with the plum cake mold that I think is much more practical. It is perfect as a snack, accompanying tea, or on any other occasion. This dessert ended immediately, just a breakfast and then we devoured it. Try it, it's delicious and very very simple! Try the other breakfast sweets as well
Ingredients for a 26 cm loaf pan
- 100 gr of butter
- 150 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 sachet of Vanillin
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 vial of almond flavoring (angels bread)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 100 gr of chopped hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make the Hazelnut Plumcake
Work the cream with a spoon and add the sugar, vanilla, the two eggs, the almond flavoring and a pinch of salt little by little.
Mix the sifted flour by spoonfuls, adding the milk in small doses, and finally add the sifted baking powder.
Finally, add the chopped hazelnuts.
Put the dough (which will have a fairly thick consistency) in the greased and floured plumcake mold.
Cook for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven, placing the cake in the lower part (in the center if the oven is gas). Temperature for electric oven: 180 ° C; ventilated: 170 ° C; gas oven: 190 ° C.
And yours is ready Hazelnut plumcake, delicious on its own, amazing with a veil of Nutella or jam.
