Greek Salad Quick and easy recipe
Greek salad (greek salad) is a traditional Greek recipe. Ingredients for 2 people
- 100 gr of Feta cheese
- black olives
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cucumber (or 3-4 gherkins)
- 2 red tomatoes
- green salad
- extra virgin olive oil
How to make the Greek salad
Wash and slice the tomatoes, put them in a bowl, add the pitted black olives, the cucumbers
and the sliced onion (I didn't put it because I don't love raw onion),
wash the green salad and add all the ingredients from the other bowl. Season with oil, mix everything gently and finally add the feta cut into cubes, sprinkle with dry rosemary and serve. And your Greek salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
