Peach ice cream Quick and easy recipe

Peach ice cream without ice cream maker: what better time to prepare a peach ice cream than the summer! With the recipe without an ice cream maker, everyone can make this ice cream, very few ingredients, a few hours in the freezer and the ice cream is ready. Choose the ripest yellow peaches you can find, otherwise take a jar of peaches in syrup. I used the now proven recipe that involves the use of condensed milk and it is really easy to make. Try it!

Ingredients for 6 cups

  • 2 very ripe yellow peaches (or 1 packet of peaches in syrup)
  • 150 grams of condensed milk
  • 200 ml of fresh whipping cream
  • 50ml peach juice (I used this)
  • 3 bowls (1 glass)
  • 1 teaspoon of corn starch

    How to make peach ice cream without an ice cream maker

    The first thing to do is to put a glass bowl in the freezer (a loaf pan is fine too) it must remain in the freezer for the duration of the preparation of the ice cream.
    Wash the peaches and peel them, they must be very ripe otherwise the ice cream will not have a strong taste, if they are not ripe it is better to use those in syrup! Put the peach pieces in a bowl or in the blender jug

    add the condensed milk and blend (here I used the hand blender so as not to waste too much product in the various steps), also add the peach fruit juice and the teaspoon of corn starch (passed in a colander to avoid lumps) . Mix everything with a spoon.

    Set aside the bowl with the blended peaches and whip the fresh cream in another bowl;

    pour the peach mixture into the bowl with the cream and stir gently.

    Take the bowl from the freezer and pour the mixture inside, cover with a sheet of contact film (the film must adhere to the surface of the mixture), put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

    Remove from the freezer and create your cups with the ice cream portioner, remember to wet the portioner in water every time you take a scoop of ice cream (the operation will be easier and the scoops will be perfect).
