Mint ice cream Quick and easy recipe
Mint ice cream without using the ice cream maker, very fresh, simple to make and prepare in a few minutes. Who doesn't have mint syrup, almond syrup or black cherry syrup at home? You can make delicious ice creams with these syrups, with few ingredients and without an ice cream maker! Both ice creams with a cream base and sorbets can be created; today I propose you the mint ice cream, if you love the Tropical non-alcoholic cocktail, then you can't help but love this ice cream with its unmistakable color, adding a few drops of chocolate will be even tastier! Try it!
- 200 ml of fresh cream
- 150 grams of condensed milk
- 50 grams of mint syrup
- 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips
How to make mint ice cream
Put the bowl you will use for the final ice cream in the freezer.
In another bowl put the condensed milk and the mint syrup, mix and set aside.
in a third bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks, gently add the condensed milk with the mint and turn, stirring from top to bottom so as not to remove the snow.
add the dark chocolate chips and pour into the bowl you put in the freezer.
Level the ice cream inside the bowl and cover with the film in contact (making the film adhere to the surface of the mixture).
Leave to cool in the freezer for at least 6 hours, leave a few minutes out of the freezer before serving, use the ice cream dispenser and immerse it in the water before taking the individual scoops of ice cream.
