How to make pan-fried peppers with breadcrumbs
First you need to cook and remove the skin from the peppers and there are two ways to do it: either you roast them on a high flame and still hot remove the skin or (as I did) put them in a pan and bake them for half an hour at 220 °, turning them often to cook all sides.

At this point insert the peppers in a food bag and close, let it rest for a quarter of an hour, reopen the bag

and peel the peppers, this will be very simple and there will be no smell of roasted peppers in the whole house! Now you can remove the seeds and internal filaments;

cut the peppers into strips; put in a pan 3 tablespoons of oil, two tablespoons of capers (rinse to remove the salt) and one or two cloves of garlic, add the peppers

and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, in the last minutes of cooking add the parsley and black olives, turn off the heat and add one or two tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Serve and serve still hot and yours Pan-fried peppers with breadcrumbs they are ready.
