Ingredients for a pan of 24-26 cm in diameter
- 300 grams of over-the-counter ricotta
- 200 grams of almond flour
- 160 gr of flour 00
- 160 grams of granulated sugar
- 120 gr of butter
- 4 whole eggs
- grated peel of 1 organic lemon
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- sliced almonds
- powdered sugar
How to prepare a soft almond cake
First put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt over low heat, keep the liquid butter aside and let it cool.
Beat the eggs and it sugar with electric whips until the mixture is light and fluffy.
