Homemade watermelon popsicles quick and easy recipe

Watermelon popsicles: here is a summer recipe but above all a really tasty light recipe. Watermelon contains very few calories and lots of water, so it is perfect for making popsicles, in this case you need only one ingredient, for watermelon popsicles only, without decoration. I used the black cherry syrup to give a more lively color and add some sweetness to the popsicle, but the black cherry syrup is optional as well as the white and green decoration that recalls the colors of the watermelon. If the popsicle is made with only watermelon, without adding anything else, the calories are very few alone 20 calories!!

    Use only the red part of the watermelon, eliminating the white one and the green rind. Cut the pulp into pieces, remove the seeds and blend the pulp in a blender. Now pass the smoothie in a colander in order to eliminate the thickest part of the pulp. Put the juice obtained in a jug, add 2 tablespoons of black cherry syrup and mix well, pour into the ice lolly molds, if you want the popsicle without decoration you can fill up to the rim of the mold, put the lid on, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.

    If you want to make the decoration proceed as follows: do not fill to the brim with watermelon juice, but leave less than 2 fingers for the decoration. Place the container in the freezer without sticks and leave them for about 40-50 minutes, remove the container and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt for each popsicle, level well, put in the freezer for 15 minutes, in the meantime make the green part blending 1 ripe kiwi with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, remove the container and add 1 tablespoon of kiwi smoothie to each popsicle,
