- 1 pack of smoked swordfish (6 slices)
- 150 gr. of light spreadable cheese
- 1 large pear
- 1 pink grapefruit

How to make smoked swordfish with cheese and pears
Arrange the slices of smoked swordfish on a plate,
prepare the filling using the spreadable cheese (I used a light one, the light philadelphia is fine or if you want a more particular flavor use the Philadelphia Fantasia herbs), put the cheese in a bowl and add the pieces of pear previously peeled,
turn to mix the ingredients and with a spoon place the cream on one end of the swordfish slices,
roll up and arrange the rolls thus obtained on a serving dish, you can place them on a bed of rocket salad or of salad as I did and add a few slices of raw cut pink grapefruit to eliminate the bitterness. And here are yours Rolls of smoked swordfish and pears. Enjoy your meal!
