Breadsticks of Sfoglia allo Speck simple and quick recipe

Ingredients for 20 breadsticks
- 1 roll of ready-made puff pastry
- 4 slices of speck
- 2 tablespoons of grated Emmental

How to make Speck breadsticks
Unroll the puff pastry and lay the bacon cut into strips on half a disc of dough
close the strips on itself by overlapping the empty half, sprinkle with grated Emmetal, fold the other half of empty pastry (as if to create a piadina)
place a sheet of parchment paper on the filled pastry and flatten using a rolling pin
into strips the dough and create the breadsticks: put a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet, and create the twisted breadsticks as in the photo, add another little Emmental grated on the surface (or sesame or poppy seeds)
