How to prepare bread rolls
If you use the bread, remove the crust from the slices, then flatten them with a rolling pin.

If you use bread for sandwiches, cut each slice into 3 parts to create 3 squares (after flattening with a rolling pin)

put on each square a slice of ham and a piece of smoked cheese cut into strips on each slice of bread and put two side by side (each roll must then be cut in half to create two smaller ones).

wrap the bread in plastic wrap to create the rolls, close them like a candy and put them in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Take the rolls from the fridge and cut each one in half. Prepare two dishes, one containing the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and the other containing the breadcrumbs. Pass each roll first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and fry immediately in plenty of peanut oil (very hot)

put the rolls on a sheet of absorbent paper, add salt and serve on the table while still hot or if you have fried them a few hours before, put them in the oven for a few minutes. And here are yours fried bread rolls. Enjoy your meal!
