Quick and easy salmon and rocket rolls
Salmon and rocket rolls. When you don't have time but you have guests for dinner, or for a Christmas lunch, but also for a simple dinner when ideas are lacking but for a truly pleasant result in every sense.
Ingredients for 4 people
- A pack of long sliced sandwich bread (3 slices)
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- a large pan of philadelphia
- some very tender rocket

How to make salmon and rocket rolls
First you need to overlap the three slices by 1 cm, using a rolling pin to press
slightly until a single large slice is formed. Spread the whole surface with plenty of philadelphia.
The slices of salmon are distributed and finally the rocket. Gently roll it all up making it take the shape of a salami.
you have to wrap it well inside the silver paper and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour,
take it out of the fridge about ten minutes before serving, cut it into slices and… GOOD APPETITE!
