Saffron Risotto Quick and easy recipe
Saffron risotto: it is a typical dish of northern Italy, it is often confused with the Milanese risotto but there are differences: in the saffron risotto, for example, there is no ox marrow present in the Milanese one, moreover wine is used for blend the risotto unlike the Milanese. Saffron risotto is often used as a base to which porcini mushrooms, truffles or sausages are then added, and there are those who also use it as a base for seafood risotto. But already on its own with the addition of parmesan and butter it is delicious, try it!

turn with a wooden spoon and add more broth only when the previous one is completely absorbed, when there are 5 minutes from the end of cooking, dissolve the saffron sachet in half a glass of broth, turn with a wooden spoon and add more broth only when the previous one is completely absorbed, when there are 5 minutes from the end of cooking, dissolve the saffron packet in half a glass of broth, mixing everything well,
