Ingredients for 2 people
- 12-14 yellow datterini tomatoes
- 4 anchovy fillets in oil
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 6-7 salted capers
- 160 gr of linguine
- crumbled taralli (optional)
How to make Pasta with yellow tomatoes
Put a pot of water on the stove, bring it to the boil and add salt, add the linguine and cook it al dente.
In the meantime, put 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan, add the anchovies, let them cook for a few moments, the anchovies will fall apart after a few moments, add the salted capers after having washed them well.
Let it flavor and add the yellow datterini tomatoes cut in half, place the cut part in contact with the pan, let it cook for 6-7 minutes.
