Tagliolini with lemon: today a very simple and quick dish to prepare with a fresh and particular flavor…. to try!!!!
Ingredients for 2 people
200 gr. of tagliolini
1 "Bio" lemon (untreated)
150 ml of cream
white pepper, parsley

How to make Tagliolini with lemon
Grate the yellow part of the lemon zest in a pan (better an untreated lemon and washed very carefully), add the cream and set aside
Cook the tagliolini and drain them al dente (keeping a little of the cooking water, if it is too dry pour a little into the pan) pour them into the pan with the cream and turn on the heat under the pan, sauté in the pan for a few instant, turn off the heat and add a few drops of lemon, white pepper and a little parsley
And here is your plate of Tagliolini with lemon ready, enjoy your meal !!!
