Pasta with zucchini and salmon Quick and easy recipe
Zucchini and salmon pasta: a simple and very tasty first course, I prefer this combination to the more famous "zucchini-shrimp" I find it has much more flavor, in 10 minutes everything will be ready, try !!!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 4 medium zucchini with flower
- 100 gr of salmon
- 170 gr of pasta (I used spaghetti)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and 1 clove of garlic

How to make zucchini and salmon pasta
Wash and cut the zucchini, those with flowers are preferable, if there are flowers, use them by removing the pistil inside, cut the zucchini into thin slices. Put a pan with a base of oil on the heat (plenty of it, it will be the only seasoning) and a clove of garlic, add the zucchini and sauté for a few moments, add the salt, then cover for a few minutes with the lid, and to finish cooking, sauté again to dry the vegetable water of the zucchini
add the salmon, cook it for a couple of minutes in the pan, in the meantime you will have put the pasta pot on the stove, cook the pasta and drain it a minute before the time indicated on the package,
pour the pasta into the pan and cook for a few moments,
Serve and your is ready PASTA WITH ZUCCHINI AND SALMON. Enjoy your meal!
