Pasta with smoked tuna, almonds and capers: a very quick recipe with typical ingredients of Sicilian cuisine.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 170 gr. of pasta
- 150 gr. of smoked tuna
- 1 handful of capers
- 10 almonds
- 2 anchovy fillets
- extra virgin olive oil

How to make Pasta with smoked tuna, almonds and capers
Wash well i capers soaking them for a few minutes in cold water to remove excess salt.
While the pasta is cooking, pour plenty of it into a pan oil extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. When it is golden remove it and add the capers and of anchovy fillets.
Coarsely chop the almonds
and add them to the pan, let them fry for a moment.
In the meantime the pasta will be ready, drain it and pour it into the pan. Sauté to mix the ingredients and only last add the smoked tuna. Serve and grate the peel of a lemon on pasta, serve and enjoy your meal !!!
