How to make pasta with ricotta and walnuts
Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook the pasta, in the meantime chop the walnuts in a blender
put the ricotta in a large bowl (it must also contain the pasta), add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add one or two tablespoons of chopped walnuts, a pinch of salt and pepper
and a couple of tablespoons of pasta cooking water .. dilute the ricotta to create a cream; Drain the pasta one minute before the times indicated on the package and keep a glass of cooking water. Put the pasta in the bowl with the ricotta, turn and mix the ingredients, if too dry, add a little cooking water.
