Ingredients for 2 people
- 200 gr of orecchiette
- 1/2 jar of mixed mushrooms in oil
- 10 turnip greens (or broccoli)
- 50 gr. of diced bacon
- hot pepper, parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
How to make Orecchiette with turnip tops (or broccoli) and mushrooms
Put 5 tablespoons of oil, a clove of garlic and 1 chilli pepper in a pan, brown the garlic, and turn off the heat. Drain the mushrooms, cut and wash the turnip greens (I used broccoli on this occasion) and pour them together with the mushrooms into the pan, turn on the heat and cook for 8-9 minutes before putting the lid on and for a few minutes without lid, finally add the bacon cubes.
Cook the orecchiette and drain them al dente, pour the orecchiette into the pan and mix the flavors, allowing them to cook for another minute
add the chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!!!!
