Fusilli all'ortolana Quick and easy recipe
Fusilli all'ortolana: here is an easy and quick but very tasty dish, it is a bit of a variation, with the addition of some ingredients, of the classic tortellini with cream and peas, the result is really tasty, a note: it is a fairly sweet dish, you could add a little paprika to make it even more special!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 200 gr. of frozen peas
- 4-5 artichokes in oil
- 1 medium courgette
- 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
- oil, shallot, salt and pepper
How to make tasty Fusilli all'ortolana
Cook the peas for about ten minutes in a pot with boiling salted water
Drain the peas and set them aside, in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil add the shallot, brown it slightly and add the sliced courgette, when they are wilted and cooked (after about 10-14 minutes) add the peas and artichokes in oil
cover with the lid and cook the ingredients for a few minutes, in the meantime cook the fusilli and drain them one minute before the cooking time indicated on the package, keep half a glass of cooking water. At this point you can add the cream to the pan,
add the pasta and a little cooking water, turn everything and mix the ingredients, after a minute you can serve, serve hot .... GOOD APPETITE!
