- 300 gr of pumpkin
- 2 artichokes
- bacon (optional)

How to make spelled with pumpkin and artichokes
Prepare the pumpkin with the same procedure used for the pasta and pumpkin leaving it quite soupy, keep the cooked pumpkin aside in a pan
Cut the artichoke hearts into wedges, boil them in salted water (for 10 minutes from boiling), drain the artichokes and put them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and the bacon,
cook and season for a few minutes (if the slices of artichokes are thin it will take 3-4 minutes). keep the artichokes aside on a plate.
Cook the spelled in salted water, according to the package directions, drain it and add it to the pan with the pumpkin,
turn, leave to flavor for a few minutes and add the artichokes.
