Ingredients for 3 medium trays

  • 500 grams of flour 00
  • 50 gr of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 tablespoons of anise (or limoncello)
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar to decorate


How to make the Carnival Chatter

Put the 2 eggs, sugar, lemon zest and butter cut into small pieces in the mixer, mix for a few moments
