Quick and easy chicken curry recipe from Asian cuisine
Chicken with curry: For a quick and different dinner. There are various ways to cook chicken curry, this one I propose is simple and the result is very similar to the original one eaten in India or half Asia otherwise you can prepare a very fast curry sauce (the procedure is the same as that of the besciamelle, but also adding the curry powder) and just cook the chicken pieces, after having floured them, in a pan with oil and a little water - in order to make them soft) at the end of cooking add the curry sauce prepared by you and that's it.
Ingredients for 2 people
For the sauté
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/4 white onion
- a grated ginger pulp
- 1/2 fresh red chilli

How to make chicken curry
Put the 4 teaspoons of curry powder in a pan, let it toast on the stove for a few moments until you feel the scent release. Turn off the heat and put the curry in a bowl together with the chicken breast cut into cubes and the white yogurt, turn everything well, cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour (even better for a few hours, but half an hour. now is enough).
In a pan put the crushed garlic clove and the chopped onion, a drizzle of oil and the chilli pepper, add the chicken marinated with curry, the ginger and let it flavor and cook for a few minutes,
cook for 8-10 minutes, add chopped fresh cilantro if you like (similar to parsley)
and finish cooking for a few more minutes. Serve still hot and….ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
