Lemon Chicken Quick and easy recipe
Chicken With Lemon it is a very popular course, it can be found in the menus of Chinese restaurants and is one of the most requested dishes (together with chicken with almonds and Cantonese rice) perhaps because it is not too far from our flavors, indeed we find it practically the same in ours recipes, only changes the way of cutting the chicken (in chunks for the Chinese) and the honey present only in the Chinese recipe.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 3-4 slices of chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 lemon
- oil, salt and (if you like) 1 teaspoon of honey
How to make lemon chicken
Put a few tablespoons of flour on a plate, flour the chicken breast and cut it into strips with kitchen scissors, remove the excess flour.
Put a little oil in a pan and let it heat for a few moments, add the strips and fry for a few minutes on both sides, cover with the lid and continue cooking for a minute, add the juice of a lemon, cook for another minute and add half a glass of water and a little flour and cook until a cream is created (add a teaspoon of honey to lightly caramelize the chicken and turn off when it becomes golden).
Serve still hot and….ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
