Egg-free chocolate salami Quick and easy recipe
Salame Chocolate Without Eggs : it is certainly the easiest dessert to prepare, as usual there are many variations, for the most common recipe raw eggs are used, but I do not like raw eggs and I have always prepared it without, it does not lose in taste and is more don't worry when you eat it because of the salmonellosis risk! The only difference is in the consistency, softer the one with eggs (it will be very similar to the ORO CIOK snack) while the one with eggs is softer. Try is a perfect dessert for buffets and children's parties, and also for Carnival!

Ingredients for a small salami
- 100 gr of high quality butter
- 220 gr of dry biscuits (shortbread)
- 80 grams of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 50 gr of high quality unsweetened cocoa powder
- 30 gr of chopped hazelnuts
- a pinch of salt
How to make egg-free chocolate salami
Melt the butter in a bain-marie, once completely melted add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, turn and leave on the bain-marie pot but with the heat off.
Meanwhile, chop the almonds with a mixer, not too finely, the pieces of almond (or walnuts) must be visible. Then chop the biscuits very coarsely (chop them with your hands), put the biscuits and almonds (or walnuts) in a bowl,
add the cocoa powder, sugar and milk, turn and mix the ingredients, finally add the melted butter, mix all the ingredients
Wrap the mixture in baking paper or aluminum foil and give it the shape of a salami. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, better yet serve it the next round.
Before serving, open the foil and pour a little cocoa powder or a little icing sugar over the salami if you want to create the same effect as the salami on the surface). Cut into slices, and yours is ready Salame Chocolate Without Eggs. Enjoy your meal!
