Chinese Almond Chicken Quick and Easy Recipe
Chinese Almond Chicken: it is an Asian recipe, certainly one of the most requested by Italians in Chinese restaurants (together with lemon chicken and spring rolls). Today I propose my recipe, if you feel like Asia try to prepare it, it is also very fast! In the foreign recipes section you will find other Asian recipes. Ingredients for 2 people
- 200 gr of chicken breast;
- 40 gr. shelled mondorle;
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce; a teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of seed oil; half a shallot

How to make Chinese Almond Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour it. Remove the excess flour and set the chicken aside.

In a non-stick pan, toast the almonds until they are golden on both sides. Keep the almonds aside.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan (seed oil is preferable, since it is closer to the flavor of the original dish, but olive oil is fine too) add half chopped shallots. As soon as the shallot browns, pour the previously diced and floured chicken breast into the pan.
Cook over medium heat for a minute and add the soy sauce, almonds, half a teaspoon of sugar and a little salt. Also add half a cup of water, turn everything and let it flavor.

Cook for another three or four minutes by putting the lid on the pan, add a few tablespoons of water if too dry (it will also be used to soften the chicken and create the sauce).
Plate up and serve your Chinese Almond Chicken hot. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
